Polypac I-469 is a very effective primary coagulant for water and waste water clarification.
The product can be used to produce low turbidity waters in influent and effluent water clarification. The product can also be used for emulsion breaking applications or phosphate removal.

Application
This application should be continuously metered as a solution, (10%) through a mixer or other device to enable effective coagulation prior to addition of flocculant.
Dosage
Typical addition levels for raw water clarification are 1-50 ppm. For industrial wastewater treatment dosage levels range from 50-1000 ppm depending on the application.
Recommended materials for storage and handling are glass, PVC, PP, PE and epoxy or rubber lined stainless steel.
Polypac I-469 will retain its activity in storage for periods of at least 12 months.
Handling
Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles. In case of contact immediately flush with plenty of water. After eye contact seek medical advice .In case of spillage, absorb with sand or other absorbent materials and sweep up. Then flush the area with water. The product should be stored at a temperature between 5-25°C.

Storage and Handling
- Store in original containers.
- Keep containers securely sealed.
- Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area.
- Store away from incompatible materials and foodstuff containers.
Packaging
This product is available in a variety of packaging sizes such as pails, drums, bulk, and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC). Your Icbina representative will recommend the appropriate packaging for the application.
