Feeding
The Icbina Water Technologies Membrane Technicians will define the optimum product dosage for any given water quality. In calculating dosage rates, membrane specifications, product capability, operational data and feedwater quality are considered.
OSMOKLEN AS-140 may be fed neat or diluted. The optimum dosage point is into the feed water line, upstream of the high-pressure pumps and ensuring a good mixing with the feedwater.
Corrosion resistant dosing equipment is required. Suitable equipment materials are 316L stainless steel PE and PVC.
Handling
Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. In case of contact, immediately flush with plenty of water. After eye contact seek medical advice. In case of spillage, absorb with inert material and sweep up. Then flush the area with plenty of water.
