MemKlen MC-140 membrane maintenance chemical is a multifunctional alkaline water-based cleaner, designed to remove metal oxides, mineral scale and organics from all types of membranes. MemKlen MC-140 is highly recommended as periodic preventive cleaner.

Feeding

The Icbina Water Technologies Membrane Technicians will define the optimum product dosage for any given water quality.

Always follow the membrane manufacturer's recommendations for pH, temperature and contact time. The typical dilution ratio for MemKlen MC-140 is a 5 - 10% range in proportion to the total system volume. All feeding equipment used to handle this product should be constructed of stainless steel or good quality thermoplastics.

Handling

Wear suitable protective gloves and safety goggles. In case of contact immediately flush with plenty of water. After eye contact seek medical advice.

In case of spillage, absorb with sand or other absorbent materials and sweep up. Then flush the area with water.
